Zach completed his senior year being decorated with All-Conference honours for his individual accomplishments.
Zach also played collegiate rugby for Texas Tech (2019-20) and semi-professional American football for the Edmonton Elite in Canada (2022).
In 2022, Zach discovered pickleball. In his first six months of playing in the USA, Zach soared into the top 50 of the PPA tour rankings, with five finishes in the top 15 and a career best finish of 8th in singles.
After a hiatus of 6 months to play Football in Canada, Zach returned to professional pickleball achieving two milestones; a career high PPA world ranking of 32 in singles and his first Silver medal at the PPA futures event in Salt Lake City, Utah.
2024 sees Zach returning to Australia where he is set to compete in the opening season of the NPL and continue his professional campaign on home soil.
Zach is primed and determined to see professional pickleball grow and take off in Australia and we are excited to see what this young gun can do on court!
Zach is a seasoned athlete and enjoys following sport as much as playing it. He is looking forward to watching his beloved Freo Dockers live again in 2024.
