Jess Good is an Australian Rules Football player who plays for Carlton in the AFLW.

Arriving at IKON Park as a free agent from Sturt Football Club in the SANFL and standing at 185 centimetres tall, Jess Good was brought in to bolster the Blues’ line-up as a mature age ruck.

A former professional basketballer, the 30-year-old is no stranger to elite sport.

Good has been a regular member of Carlton's senior side since arriving at the club and is a crucial part to the Blues engine room.
